Provided executive support to C-level stakeholders including President, VP, SVP, and EVP. Supported 100+ PCs and Macs across 150+ users in 3 buildings. Maintained all A/V conferencing equipment and managed full laptop and desktop rollouts for Windows environments. Delivered support in person, by phone, and remotely across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Windows Mobile endpoints.
